How to Use Theraband XactStretch Tape?
- BEFORE APPLICATION
-Wash area to remove dirt, oil, creams or lotions
-Remove hair in an application area
-Apply at least 60 minutes before exercising or showering - TAPE APPLICATION
-Break paper through tape and peel backing, folding last 1-2 inches -of non-peeled paper on itself for easy handling
-Regardless of specified stretch, always apply last 1-2 inches of tape without stretch as anchor
-Do not touch adhesive
-Do not overstretch tape
-After applying, rub the tape toward each end to create heat which activates adhesive - TAPE REMOVAL
-If tape is well adhered, remove slowly and press down on bare skin closest to tape being removed as you pull tape off
