- Assembly Instructions for R&B Wire Hamper Stand with Foot Pedal:
– Open X-frame with the 4 casters on the floor. Open frame far enough so that the foot pedal can be placed underneath the frame. With the hooks faced down, slide the hooks on one end of the grill so they lock on to the X-frame. Raise the other end of the grill on to the X-frame and spread the top of the X-frame until the grill locks in place.
– Place the bent end of the bag holder over the front of the X-frame. Position the holes on the bag holder to line up with the holes on the frame. Slide the axle through all four holes. With one hand position the lid so that the hole in one side is lined up to the axle. Slide the axle through the lid. Place the other side of the lid so that the hole lines up to the axle. Slide the axle through the lid. Attach both acorn nuts to the axle.
– Insert the “U” shape end of each foot pedal wire into the small holes at the rear of the lid. With the lid standing vertical, insert the lower end of the foot pedal wire into the corresponding holes at the side of the foot pedal mechanism. Crimp this end of the foot pedal wire for secure fit. - Warning:
– When moving hamper, always proceed slowly. Be sure bag/liner is secure in frame.
– When using foot pedal, the lid must not be obstructed. Be sure casters roll easily and smoothly at all times.
– Do not overload.
