How to use Lyofoam Max Foam Dressing?
- Clean the wound area.
- Select the appropriate size of Lyofoam Max polyurethane foam dressing.
- The dressing should overlap the wound margin by about 2 cm.
- Place the foam side directly onto the wound surface, with the shiny side of the dressing facing up.
- Secure the dressing with an appropriate bandage such as Tubifast, Tubigrip or a fixation tape such as Mefix.
When to change Molnlycke Lyofoam Dressing?
Lyofoam dressing may be left in place for several days depending on the:
