- Installation Instructions:
– For toilets that have a raised section at the bottom of the toilet bowl, remove the enclosed insert to allow for a tight fit
– For toilets that do not have a raised section at the bottom of the toilet bowl, put the insert into the grooves on the carriage
– Remove liner from adhesive tape on the top of the carriage and place the Toilet Support in position under the toilet bowl
– Do not caulk the top of the carriage. Make sure bottom of toilet is clean before installing
– With the Toilet Support under the bowl unscrew the leg to tighten it snugly against the floor
– Do not overtighten
– Make sure the Toilet Support is mounted straight and that it is centered under the toilet
– Wipe around the entire carriage and toilet where they meet, with the enclosed alcohol wipes, to remove any dirt
– Apply a bead of the enclosed caulk around the entire Toilet Support carriage where it meets the toilet. Make sure to fill in all gaps
– Wipe off any excess with a damp cloth. Allow it to cure for 24 hours
– Once caulk has cured, leg can be raised to clean underneath it. Re-lower the leg after cleaning, making sure that it fits snugly
