Reposition In Bed Step By Step:
- Elevate shoulders and place the Sheet / Quilt flat on bed surface with one end of the Sheet / Quilt under the shoulders.
- Raise legs with knees bent.
- Place one arm on knees and other against hip.
- Push patient upward to new position(sheet/ quilt will reduce required force).
- Raise shoulders and remove Sheet/ Quilt and place pillow.
